1. Who operates this service

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account and using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may update your profile at any time through your account settings.

4. User-generated content

4.1 You own your content

Content you create on this platform — including quizzes, chapters, questions, and images — remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2 Licence you grant us

By publishing content on this platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and make your content available to other users of the service.

This licence remains valid for as long as your content is published on the platform and ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to technical limitations such as backups.

4.3 Your responsibility for published content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. By publishing content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions;
  • the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • the content does not violate applicable laws;
  • the content does not contain personal data of others without lawful basis.

We do not review content before publication.

4.4 Prohibited content

You must not publish content that:

  • infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • reproduces protected works (e.g. books, articles, exam materials) without authorisation;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing;
  • contains personal data of others without their consent or legal basis.

4.5 AI-assisted content

This platform allows integration with user-controlled AI tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol). We do not provide AI services ourselves.

Content created or edited using such tools may be marked as AI-assisted. This label is informational only.

You remain fully responsible for any content you publish, regardless of how it was created.

5. Copyright infringement — notice and takedown

If you believe that content on this platform infringes your rights, please contact us at support@quiznia.com with:

  1. A description of the protected work
  2. A description of the allegedly infringing content (with link or location)
  3. Your contact details
  4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
  5. A statement that the information provided is accurate

We will review valid notices and may remove content or take appropriate action, including account suspension in cases of repeated infringement.

6. Our rights regarding content

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may notify you when content is removed, unless doing so is not reasonably practicable or legally restricted.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

This service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • content will be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • content will remain available permanently

AI-assisted content is generated by tools operated by users. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or suitability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for slight negligence.

This limitation does not apply to:

  • intent (Vorsatz)
  • gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit)
  • injury to life, body, or health

We are not responsible for content published by users, including any infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

Deletion removes your account and associated data from the active system. Residual data may remain temporarily in backups and will be deleted automatically.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, particularly in cases of repeated violations or infringement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
